This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) describes how DL Legal Consults (“Company”) utilizes cookies, web beacons, and pixels to ensure the integrity of the Opti Consent Manager service. We operate on a “Privacy by Design” principle; however, certain tracking technologies are technically indispensable for license verification, cryptographic integrity, and payment processing.
2. CATEGORIZATION OF TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

A. Strictly Necessary (Exempt from Consent)

- License Validation: Temporary “handshake” identifiers that verify your Pro License Key against our Lagos-based validation server.
B. Transactional & Fintech
Our payment gateway, Paystack, deploys cookies that are essential for the financial “Life Cycle.”
- Purpose: Fraud detection, transaction state persistence, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.

4. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
We do not store PII (Personally Identifiable Information) within our cookies. All data exchanged between the Plugin and our licensing server is encrypted via TLS 1.3.
7. AMENDMENTS
DL Legal Consults reserves the right to amend this Policy to remain compliant with evolving NDPA regulations and ISO standards. Material changes will be signaled via the “Last Updated” timestamp at the header of this document.
